My site working fine

I love X10HOSTING.COM

A day ago, after i change my primary account name, the site wasn't responding, now everything is positioned well.
My account is also working great.
Just wanted to ask, that i do not receive the replies to any of my tickets in my emails i.e my gmail ID.
Is their a solution for this?

By the way, thanx to support / all teams for great work.
