My site (www.fineartslondon.com) has been down for 2 days

Hi Com. Sup.

This is a posting for the community support officers to please help with my site.
It has been down for the past two days getting the following errors:

* Connection time out
* Error Establishing Database Connection

Three days prior it was working with no issues and there have been no changes since.

I assume perhaps there is something on with the DB server?

Could you please let me know.

My hosting server is : stoli

No idea when it will be back and stable but imagine it will be a few days before it is all updated and tweaked
