It's legit, I think. I got it a while ago. I remember when the IPB Final was free for a couple weeks. (That time I was hoping phpBB 2.2 would be out in December, as they said. Still not even close. Damn those guys)

There where a version that was free a long time ago for free because they were giving it out in a contest! So I think thats how he got it. :happy:

They made it paid completely starting 2.0.1 I think. So I didn't upgrade.
