Hello,

I have three sites hosted on the server, one of them is in the main directory, /public_html/, while the other two are in sub-directories located in the main root. The site that is in the main root directory is there and is working ok, but the two sites in the sub-directories (each one of them with a subdomain pointing to them), have disappeared. I noticed that a couple of days ago. The folders are completely empty! In particular, the two subdomains are ivaylosimidchiev.ivaylosimidchiev.x10host.com pointing to root: /public_html/ivaylosimidchiev, and onsuicide.ivaylosimidchiev.x10host.com pointing to /public_html/on-suicide. The folders public_html/ivaylosimidchiev and /public_html/on-suicide which used to contain my sites, ARE NOW EMPTY! The domains for those two missing sites are http://www.ivaylosimidchiev.com and http://www.onsuicide.tk

Could this be just a temporary state due to migration that is currently in progress, if there is such? If not, what is it then? Will my sites ever be back again?

Thank you!

Please anyone: at least let me know if I can hope that my files will ever be recovered, or should I consider them irreversibly lost? Any time frame for a possible solution?

Yes, your files are safe :) Our staff are working through these threads one-by-one, starting from the oldest first. They will get to yours soon ;)

Thanks a lot!
In the meantime, could I, at least temporarily, upload a backup, if I find one, so that my site is up and running while you are restoring all my files? Would that interfere with the restoration process, or you could just easily overwrite everything I have uploaded with the original misplaced files? Please advise!

We would be able to overwrite the backup, yes. :)

Great, so I'll put it up now, because I need it badly. Just feel free to overwrite everything whenever you're ready bring it back. Thanks!

Sorry for the wait. Both directories have been restored, and both websites now seem to be working :)

Just to be safe, I moved the "ivaylosimidchiev" website to /public_html_old/ before restoring, just in case you needed any of the files that were already there.

Thank you
