Thank's for making us aware; it led us to your dot.tk domain which redirects to a site trafficking illegal movies, so it got permanently suspended for that, in addition to two separately installed chat scripts, and that it's in an unsupported language with no translation to english, spanish, or french, as required by the TOS.
The first violation (the copyright infringing videos link) nets you a Zero Tolerance suspension with no backups allowed, permanently suspended pending termination.

You can do nothing. The account is permanently suspended and you cannot receive backups of the files
