My SQL Database

I need a My Sql database for the Os ticket thing and I haven't made any already and it finishes fine then it says 'there are no databases associated with your account'

It also says when making it says 'sorry, you have exceeded the maximum number of databases on your account cpn_cpnhelptool sucsessfully created'

I'm pretty confused, is there anything I can do because I really need a database quickly.

Have you been in to cPanel, and created a new database manually or using the wizard?

Do you remember what permissions you gave the new user on the database? I believe the default ones dont' allow the user to do anything...

It's the main account so I think it has all permissions

I just noticed this on my cpanel it says SQL Databases 0/0

But you get one free Sql database when you join don't you?

Ad-Enhanced's Static package does not come with MySQL.

You would either have to transfer to Ad-Free or upgrade to Advanced or Corporate.
