My sql server is offline on vox

when i got to my cpanel and open my sql,it is offline and when my site is opened it says error establishing connection to database,please help Admins

The filesystem mounted at /home/soumik on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

At about 12:15 2012-11-17 - server Vox FTP client - file upload has no error - cPanel log-in has no error

server Vox's MySQL is still down

I am having trouble with the mysql server. I had to take my site down in result of this. I also have trouble with the FTP with FileZilla, it returns a critical error when halfway uploading the file.

I just did a file upload of 17 MiB to folder [ public_html ] on server Vox with FileZilla with no error

At about 19:03 2012-11-17 UTC - server Vox's MySQL is back up
