My ticket not answered for more than 10 days

i have posted on it twice and still no reply for

x10 free hosting has been having major problems for the last month. Many of us have lost our sites since mid March and they are still gone. I have 4 escalated tickets that have remained unanswered. I can't even get my account deleted so that I can sign up again.

My suggestion is to not get mad but to find another provider as this may take some time

The problem is i am using joomla so i don't know how to transfer to another provider for the time being. :S
