http://michaelsportfolio.x10hosting.com/ <--I signed up for this domain last week and was allowed to upload a few files to it before the server/hard drive crash. I've patiently waited for a week and have submitted a ticket regarding this (never got a response). I cannot get to my cPanel anymore and now my url is hosting someone else's site, not mine. I would like it cleared off and access back, or I would like to switch the domain name. Can someone please help me?

This seems to be something that only the staff or administration can handle.
You may have to open a support ticket ( or visit the IRC support chat )
