My web have serius problems

I have created this site immosakan.x10.mx .
it s about the database host ,I attempted all the described configurations in the forum and tutorial but no one works:
- localhost doesn t work at all ,it gave me : "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL."
- mysql-stoli.x10hosting.com: this one work a little with some errors, then some parts of the web opens and others not and at the end it gaves me this message: "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.Please try again later."
- mysql.x10hosting.com doesn t work at all
- immosakan.x10hosting.com doesn t work at all

what should I do please?
all the forum suggest to make localhost but this doesn t want to work any time. thanks in advance.

You've been very unlucky here, in the fact that the account you have created has been put on a server which we're having trouble with-MySQL is broken at the moment on stoli (which is the server your site is on). Please be patient, it's not a problem with your site, but admins are working on the issue .
