My web is not working

1) When I go to my website (add domain: pablocr.tk), gives the following message displays.
http://pablocr.tk/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
If you are the web site owner, it is possible You Have Reached this page because:
* The IP address has changed.
* There Has Been a server misconfiguration.
* The site May Have Been Moved to a Different server.
If you are the owner of this website and Were Not expecting to see this page, please contact your hosting provider.
2) When I go to https://x10hosting.com/control/?Hosting&modify
not allow changing the default domain to pablocr.tk

Make sure your addon domain shows up in cPanel. If it does not and you need us to add it please specify the directory it should be added to.

If I try to add my addon domain pablocr.tk again (on cpanel) I receive the follow error message:
Addon Domain Additions
"There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: pablocr.tk is already configured."
The directory should be pablocr.tk
