My Web Say- 500 Internal Server Error

very good at all, I wanted to ask me for my Web address says "500 intern server error" when I enter the web? do not know why that happens, I was just uploading the files to joomla 1.5.22 and were up too, even I enter the web before uploading the index.php and were all files that had risen but at the time of entering when everything was up was that mistake and I really do not know much about this, I beg you to help me as I have to give this site as quickly as possible

Everything is marked with the permission set 777. Your scripts "need" to be 755 or 555.
If they are marked 777 or any other permission set that lets others write to the files, it will not execute the file.

mmmm but I could not install the joomla so, there will be some way of putting it with the permissions 777 and that this error?

You need to go in with a ftp client or through cpanel, then file manager, and change the permissions to either 755 or 644.
