My web site does not load yet

my web site on lotus (http://pm.alu.x10hosting.com) still does not load.

I can not even access to cpanel:

http://pm.alu.x10hosting.com/cpanel -> 404 Not found
http://pm.alu.x10hosting.com:2082 -> (enter user/pass) Login attempt failed!
account cPanel (https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) -> (enter user/pass) Login attempt failed!

Could you please help me?

It may not be working since you are on fris since it's being worked on.. http://status.x10hosting.com
