I get the very same error from the beginning your migrate the skarna server to chopin, the error message it's the following:
"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"

I changed the database URL to chopin but nop ¿can you help me please? Thanks in advance for ypur kindness help

The DB server name is localhost.Also check the Permission of DBUSER ie whether the user has all privileges.
