I must say, I am not a big fan of tables.
While I'm not attacking your site, I don't like the animated background, it distracts from the actual page content. Additionally, the content needs to have a color that contrasts the background. Really, i don't have much to say otherwise.

Hello !
You must reorganize your site.Your site havent clear concept what site represent.
Your graphic design must be much better.
You put accent on translating; why ? Every browser today have their translator.
Animation on yor site is in poor condition and you must replace them.
You must put much knowledge in your work.
I develop my little site in newest code for viewing and representing my work and new solutions.
For view this you must have instaled Firefox 4.
Take a look into. 8)
