My webmail cant connect to outlook

Hi i tried the mail.[domain-here].com but it wont work and when I tried to visit the url, it says:
Domain document root not found.

Webmail can be accessed through this link. Outlook should work fine though; what error message are you receiving?

When I tried to connect my email to outlook, it says nothing but just wont connect. and when I visit the mail.[domain].com

says:
Domain document root not found.

however, Im able to open the webmail with the link you gave me. but I wanna add it to outlook and I dont know what setting to use since i've tried them both

Im trying to add it on to outlook, tried using mail.[domain].com on outlook, at it wont work as well as the link you gave me.

Hi,

In Outlook, please try using "xo6.x10hosting.com" as the mail server instead. The username you are using should be the full email address you are trying to add. If you are using SSL, please use port 993 for IMAP, or port 995 for POP3. If you aren't using SSL, please use port 143 for IMAP, and port 110 for POP3.

If you are still having problems, please tell me what error message you are receiving in Outlook.

Well at first, Im having credential issues. it cant recognize my uname and password on Pop3
and now, I got it to connect with IMAP but I cant seem to send messages.
I need the incoming and outgoing settings for Pop3
