My website, and my friends are not avaliable.

All of a sudden, my website, and my 2 other friends websites went down for me. Mine is: zoritec.x10.mx

I have no idea what happened, but my internet is fine, and I used my phone to access the website too, but it did not work. (Cleared cache to see what happened.. nothing happened)

from about 01:40 until 02:00 UTC my monitors show x10hosting's free-hosting servers going up and down
they have been up now for about a hour
