The site is ok and as its logo, great thinking.
But as you said, the problem will be with search engines and not them alone, but users
with slow internet connectivity and no flash player installed.

You can likewise achieve the same effect with html and jquery combination.
All the best with your project.

If you still want to maintain the flash show and still satisfy your users, and search engines, you can add an alternative text to your flash which will be fed to those who can have access to flash.
