my website didn't come after unsuspention

Hi,
My website has been suspended because i did'nt connect to the forum in the month. I did't know that you have to connect to the forum at least 1 a month. Now my website is unsuspend but it didn't come. I can't also connect in cPanel but it's written that Free hosting is active.
