My Website doesn't load and can't loginto cPanel

Hi there,
for the last days, my website isn't loading anymore (http://1337games.x10hosting.com/Mantis/my_view_page.php)
So I looked into it, and I can't see any problem why.
I also tried to login to my cPanel, but it won't work. As a matter of fact, I am not sure if the password is the problem. Is there a way to change or recover the password of my cPanel, or is it always the same as to the normal Control Panel?
