My problem is to login to control panel

You have to login via https://x10hosting.com/sso/login in order for your activity to count. Logging in via cPanel's login will not count towards activity.
Have you tried logging in using the URL it said to use and suspending it that way?

looks like they (x10hosting) fond out where you are trying to login from - and where you open your account from
