My Website is Broken

Hello,

I am messaging in hopes of assistance. My homepage currently shows in what appears to be basic script, and when a link is clicked a "server error" message appears telling me to email support with time and details.

Yesterday, the webpage wouldn't show at all. It had an error message with a message that ended with something like "error on line 23" with an url.

Currently, my website is broken. Even when I try to edit, when I push publish, or save, I get a "Relax and wait a few minutes" message. Nothing is updating, and the scripting is all wrong online.

What can be done?

It was none of those. I just use this site because it's a simple template. I don't know anything else about programming.Thanks.

Fortunately, I found the message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function parse_uri() in /home/macasare/public_html/sitepro/index.php on line 23



Is this something I can fix? Any help from any member is appreciated. Thanks.
