Hello,

After waiting through the server move (which I think was handled very well by x10hosting, considering they were not at fault) I have tried both viewing my website and trying to access it by using cPanel and neither work currently. I was originally on the Fris server and my account is unsuspended.

Two possibly interesting details are: In my hosting options when I log in, my hosting server is still listed as Fris. Also, my Disk Space Usage says 0MB Used, 0MB Free.

When you get the chance please allow me access to edit my site and make it viewable to others. I thank you guys for providing this free hosting and because of its price I will wait as long as needed.

The server you are on should have been updated for you. The account panel will be back online within 24 hours from now, once online you should be able to login and reset your password if needed.

I am showing your site is online, are files missing?

I just checked now... The server name is now Chopin. The disk space registers 1MB Used and -1MB Free. I can access my site, I was just starting to construct it before the server move and everything seems fine except that one of my MySQL accessing php pages will probably need reconfiguring. No big deal though. I tried cPanel (which isn't working quite yet) but you already said that it will work within 24 hours. So thank you for the help and considering I don't pay for this support you were extremely quick to answer and very helpful.

No problem.

I *think* this is resolved. If I am wrong please re-open it. We do have backups of accounts if you need files restored, however it may be a few days depending on what level of backups your files are stored in.
