My website is down since a week

I have tried to put all IP address as 74.63.233.3 , 69.175.121.74, 114.207.244.146. Please check why my website www.directtechnology.co.cc is not working? If you have any settings that could work while updating co.cc account then please let me know.

You can use x10's DNS which normally updates itself instantly, or if you want, you can use the IP of 69.175.121.74, and wait for DNS to propagate.

Many persons who do work in multinational firms had their gmail, yahoo mail, aol mails and other known mails accounts and chat engines blocked. And many persons wants to open email and chat with their nearer and dearer ones. Is their any way for them to do so? Definitely YES!

So, if you cannot see it, it is probably due to DNS issues that will just take time to update.

The A name's IP address 69.175.121.74 has worked correctly for one day. I don't know what is exact problem. It is still not working since 2 days.

Yeah. I was just checking it whether it is problem with domain co.cc or x10hosting. It isn't going to work if you set the nameservers to another hosting sites servers. Don't blame x10.

I know it wont work when i point to different servers. But tell me why it is not working now when i have put these server names?

When I goto http://www.directtechnology.co.cc/ it is showing Error establishing a database connection

So I think it is working but as you know the mysql is under move. have patience.

MEans while you can confirm that the dbhost is localhost and other database parameters are correct. they will be in wp-config.php file

What do you mean "put this ip"?

EDIT:

The fact that you changed the DNS several times probably means that it will take you 24-36 hrs to actually see your site, unless you use a proxy.

He is using zone record to point to x10.

Ok. All my MySQL parameters are correct. Also it worked for one day in last week. db-host is set to localhost and username and password are also correct. Can you please tell me if still shifting of databases is going? I thought all shifting has been done last week.

Last shifting was moving to another DataCenter this is moving the mysql server from a machine to another . Anyway the move of your servers mysql is completed. even if you have error then

Backup database first.

drop the database user(Only user not database) and

re assign all the privileges and change those settings in your wp-config.php

and report back.

I have deleted the user and created user again and assigned all privileges to access the database to it again. Now website is still not working. Also, I am not able to login through FTP client FILE ZILLA. I am using same host, username and password as that I use for x10hosting but still it is not working. Please help.

1. cPanel --> MySQL Databases

Current Databases

aaa_jo151 0.00 MB aaa_jo151 X Delete Database

Click on the user
Check ALL PRIVILEGES on the next screen Even if all the other boxes are checked, check "ALL"
Click "Save Changes"
Repeat for all db users
