If you were notified that your account had been suspended, and it has been more than 14 days since suspension, then the system will have automatically deleted your account. There is no way to recover any data that may have been associated with your account if you do not have a local backup.
Provided that you are in one of the
whitelisted countries listed here, you can create a new hosting account (which may need to have a different URL, since the x10hosting.com domain is no longer available for users). If not, then there is no way currently to allow you to set up a new hosting account.
