My website is not DOWN and will not load/work

My website name is: lifeinkaizen.com
I cannot access my WP Admin dashboard now nor can I access the website.
It was working just fine yesterday and the day before and its suddenly down today?

I have another account on x10hosting, and that website is loading/working just fine. I thought it was just for me, but when I checked online via those websites that let you know if a website is down just for you or is down for everyone else, it says my website cannot be reached/is DOWN for everyone.

Why is my website down? How do I fix this? Who do I contact?
And no I cannot access my WP Admin at all because that doesn't load either.

at about 11:10:30 Sunday, 2016-05-08 UTC - i see that x10hosting's free-hosting server xo2 has been down to the internet 3 times and is still down now - down at about 2016-05-08 20:22:21 UTC

what I do not understand - is why some (in this forum) can brag about having two (2) or more x10hosting's free-hosting accounts and I can have only one
