My Website Is Not Updating

Using CPanel X, I tried updating my current web pages. I made the web pages using NotePad and they worked correctly before. Something is wrong though. CPanel X did not display the updated material (in fact, nothing changed). I even tried deleting the web pages from CPanel public directory. Strange thing is, the website is still up for some reason and furthermore it is still not updated. This is weird considering this hasn't happened before when I update the content previously.

Assuming your on Starka or Stoli, those 2 servers are in the middle of a move to new hardware. Your best bet is to wait for them to finish, and re upload any new content to your site.

if your on Lotus, or any other server, then its a more serious issue.

In cPanel I had HotLink Protection enabled, but when I disable it now, the settings don't take effect. However, cPanel says that HotLink Protection is disabled, but requests to images still get redirected to the previously set URL.

I have also tried adding another URL to the allow list which gets updated, but still, HotLink protection still redirects to the previous redirect URL. I've also changed the redirect URL, but the old URL is still used.

This is on the Stoli server. Is this a result of the server move as well? If so, is there a time scale as to when you can expect it completed and things working correctly?
