My Website Is Not Updating

I am uploading changes to my website and I can see the new pages, along with the new content, on the server. If I open the page from the server, it shows all my new content. But for some reason its not showing up online.

I tried to open a ticket but it kept saying it was timing out.

I opened a ticket in the past and it went unanswered.

Can someone please help?

Well at least I know I am not alone. Please share any info you may find out and I'll do the same. I cant open a ticket. And like i said, last time I did nobody ever answered anyway.

I was finally able to open a ticket but I'e still go no response and it's still not working.

same issue with my account on free-hosting server Stoli

replace a file in folder [ public_html ] with FTP - server throws the old file - can 'see' new size and date stamp with FTP

add a new file (script) in folder [ public_html ] with FTP - server throws a 404 error - can 'see' it with FTP

I'm trying with FTP but now its telling me critical error cannot upload disk is full.

But its not.

Now the problem is even worse. It was fixed briefly (I dont know how), now when I try to upload with FTP it tells me disk is full try again later. I'm not even close to being full. And my ticket still hasnt been looked at. I'm done with this place. Had no issues for a long long time and now its one thing after another and these people obviously dont care. A ticket should not go 24 hours or more without being addressed. x10hosting sucks.
