My website is not working

Hello im new and just registered yesterday. I was looking forward to setting up my site today, but when i tried accesing my cPanel it didn't work same for doman(site)

Server Name: Stoli.x10

The Stoli server has been down recently which is why you couldn't access your site. It should be working at the moment.

Ok thanx for the help, the site is working for me, but cPanel isn't working, any help is highly apreciated and does this host support phpBB3 forums
