My website is slow and constantly down

My website is slow and constantly down. I am using wordpress 2.6 and I am not sure if it is something that I setup incorrectly or if this is due to the server maintenance. I am constantly getting timed out when trying to update my website through the admin panel. Below is information on the server that I am on:

Any information would be greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure that this is not an issue with my website.

The server was down for a bit this morning but you should be noticing major improvements of stability over the past week. It will also continue to improve over the next 2 weeks until we finish our maintenance.
