My Website is Still Down!

Hello I was wondering if you could check my site http://johnnyblazing1.x10.mx/ It's giving me a 404 error page, when I look in file manager under domains/johnnyblazing1.x10.mx/ there is no public_html, even when I try to manually add it, my attempts get denied. Can you please look into this. Thank you.
