My website is still unavailable

I understand the time it takes to transfer all the accounts from one place to another however my server for my website www.crostonschools.org.uk was cossacks. In my account it says it is now on cossacksnew and on the forum announcements it states that the cossacks move has been completed. Do I have to change a setting or something for my website for it to be found?
