My website is suspended but my user isn't?

Did you have the ads placed on every page: I think so...

This is very confusing I have just contacted a moderator to see if there is something wrong, but my web account has come down. I cannot visit my site. This may be because I have not visited here in a while, but this is simply because I needed to find a decent html wiz to help me setup my site. I'm not sure if my site can be put back up or what, I'd just like to understand what has happened. I didn't know that it was necessary to visit here once a week or so, and that my be my problem, as I haven't visited here in about a month. My bad I suppose, although in all fairness I didn't know. Could someone point me in the right direction?

it happens to me the same, at first I thought that my page was suspended, but there aren't any message saying the web was suspended, so I think it was a server problem, but it's strange because some pages work and others
not... I don't know what happen....

and no, nothing happens if you didn't visit your web once in a while...^^
