Is that under a different account? With the forum account you are using to post this problem, your account shows as unsuspended and the listed site address shows an Index of/ page when I visit it. What is your cPanel username for the site that's suspended?

In that case, Your Hosting Account username is "orden" and it is linked with forums username "watchtower".

Also This account is suspended with reason

you have been suspended for inactivity. it is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. this is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username "watchtower" and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.

Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.


Also One single user is allowed to create only one account. Request deletion of your one account before you get banned from x10hosting.
