My website keeps getting reported

I have had one of my sites (www.lampakyuehk.co.cc) deleted as certain people from orb-central.com have reported it to my domain host (co.cc) I have made a new one (www.hklampakyue.co.cc) and apparently i have been reported for copyright on thier site even though i found the theme on the word press site and at this adress http://www.inanis.net/.

Id like to be helped in fighting my case as i have done nothing wrong and alot of my work i have put in will be wasted

I would suggest checking archive.org. Which site had the file up first? That's who you should talk to next.

I dont know who uploaded it first, but i dident know it was the same as thiers
They dont own copyright to it so i dont see the problem

I can't see why they report you, as it is a free theme. Have you tried contacting them asking for any reason? If it's because the theme, I suggest contacting co.cc on why you aren't breaking any copyright

I have contacted the admin Nathan Turner he said im leeching of his site. His url is http://www.orb-central.com

I suggest you complain at co.cc, as I checked your site trought google cache and on or server and I were unable to see how you would be copying him.

I would strongly recommend using other service than co.cc tho, as the way co.cc is run

I would also suggest contacting inanis.net, the apparent creator of the theme.

Thanks!! I have my site back! im going to change my domain to http://www.hk-fm.co.cc then if i get shutdown i will be changing domains!

Why to change domains. Why not to know exact reason and try to solve it. running away from problems don't give any solution.

The guy has appologised, he said he dident report me to you (x10) but he said at first he did, so put this up andim really happy with my result, my domain was down for a while but i wrote to x10 and now im back up.
