Apparently it's just temporary; I thought my site was lost forever.
I suggest that a better ERROR page be placed there. The simplest message would be: "Sorry! The site is being upgraded", or perhaps "Sorry, this should be temporary", or the like...

If you can't connect to the server, the server can't display an error message or else there wouldn't be an error. It is simply something that can not be done.
