Hello x10hosting.com
My website ( www.footballfun2.x10.mx ) is down for well over an hour now, I think it might be something to do with "DNS error" if my BT Address Help is to be believed?
As my free hosting account is not long open, I would like to know (if possible):
1) How long do you expect this problem to last for ?
2) How often does this problem occur over a set time period (say "7 days") ?
3) How long is the average time one can expect this problem to last for over a set time period (say "7 days") ?
My details:

Thanks in advance

Hello x10hosting.com
Some updates that might help this ongoing server problem.
It appears that only some web sites and servers are having ping problems, one reason why some might see a site up while others can't.
List of countries that might have problems seeing my site up:
Cairo, Egypt: Packets lost (10%)
Stockholm, Sweden: Packets lost (10%)
Shanghai, China: Packets lost (100%)
Mumbai, India: Unknown host: www.footballfun2.x10.mx
Haifa, Israel: Unknown host: www.footballfun2.x10.mx
Glasgow, United Kingdom: Unknown host: www.footballfun2.x10.mx (my broadband server)
Istanbul, Turkey: Unknown host: www.footballfun2.x10.mx
Beijing, China: Packets lost (100%)
Novosibirsk, Russia: Unknown host: www.footballfun2.x10.mx
Members and guests should be able to see my site up in other parts of the world.
Some close to me:
Manchester, United Kingdom: Okay
Dublin, Ireland: Okay
London, United Kingdom: Okay
Hope this helps
Liz

Why don't I see error pages any more?
Error pages such as "DNS Error: The page you are looking for could not be found" aren't much help. To improve your experience, BT Web Address Help replaces these with a list of websites that might be useful. Sometimes BT Web Address Help will be able to take you directly to the site you wanted.
Thanks in advance
