My website shows old html pages

Hi,

I am logged in my control panel & updated HTML pages with new contents.
But my website still showing old contents on the same pages.

According to Chory, all free hosting servers are upgraded. Is that the reason for this discrepancy?

How & where can i update my html pages with new content?
How & Where can i login to my correct control panel?
