My website speed going up and down too frequently

Well my website http://www.guffshup.com is a minute can be loaded in normal speed and in another minute it gets too slow to load. its happening too frequent today. What's wrong with my site? please help me out

If your a free hosting member, it depends on how many people are using the server. If someone else's web site is suddenly popular, your will slow down. That is the downfall of free hosting services.
