My website, ultiecom.x10hosting.com, is not working

Neither works. Both say that a connection could not be established to the server. I'm using ad-free hosting.

Please help quickly or I'll need to switch to another hosting provider so that I do not lose any business as a result.

Also, log into http://x10hosting.com/login if it says apache offline than you just have to wait.
