NOO!!! Haha, it is none of that. What did you do in your C:\WINDOWS\Fonts directory? I had the same problem like 3 months ago. The problem was caused because I tried to copy a font, "Arial", but "cut" it by accident, thus taking it from the font folder. Make sure that that isn't what you did. To fix it, find the messed up font, and replace it/put it back.
