My X10 account suspended... >.<""

So my account got suspended, i have no idea why.
When i try to view my site i get the following message:

I click the link "http://x10hosting.com/panel.php" but it just directs my to a blank page. You guys need to fix your links.
I also tried going to www.x10hosting.com, so i typed my password and for some reason it says i entered the wrong username and password; I just got down resetting my password.

You were suspended for inactivity. This is a reversible suspension and can normally be undone in the account panel, but due to your errors I have done this for you. To prevent this happening again in the future you need to ensure you login to these forums at least once every 30 days.
