Good day all
I recently registered with X10hosting and received an email confirming that my website, humansci.x10.mx, has been set up and is available for use immediately. When I attempt to access this site I am redirected to hosting.x10hosting.com and receive a page that says:
Website Specified Does Not Exist
When it comes to free web site hosting, x10Hosting is an industry leader. The features offered in our packages are unparalleled compared to our competition.
The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account.
It appears that my subdomain has not been set up correctly. I have tried this with multiple browsers (Chrome & Firefox) and generated the same result. I also tried to install Claroline via Softaculous in the root directory but the issue persists.
Could you please help me with this?

Just as a follow up, I also cleared my browser's cache, ran ipconfig /flushdns and tried again. But the same thing happened.
