I don't know if you can really help with this, but, I'm having issues with the myBB feature of your hosting. For the most part, everything works normally and fine, but the only thing is that the users don't receive confirmation emails or any emails whatsoever from the board regardless of their settings. I think this is due to a setting the the config called "Administrator email" for outgoing messages. I don't know what to put there, it tried several things there @domsserver.x10.mx which is my domain with no success. Is there something that I need to do to setup an email, or allow one of my emails to be used by myBB, because I think that's what the problem is?
