myphpadmin error

hi, i'm busy creating a table on phpmyadmin - and got the following error when submitted:

Internal Server Error

open3: pipe(GLOB(0x39c9240), GLOB(0x1151570)) failed: Too many open files in system at cpsrvd-ssl.pl line 5653

cpsrvd/11.24 Server at starka.x10hosting.com

now i can't seem to use phpmyadmin at all... what could this be?

I'm getting the same error, only mine is over on FTP.

425 Unable to open a passive connection: Too many open files in system

I assume it'll go away shortly. Just a small server bug.
