Dear Sir/Madam,

being in migration and all, I understand you have a lot to do. However, I would need to access my MySQL database and I used to do it through cPanel. Considering current situation, would you be so kind and help me reach my database in some other way?

Thank you!

Are you able to login into cPanel?

are databases listed there?

Dear Sir,

I follow this steps:
I come to www.x10hosting.com, click on Go to the Free Hosting Account Panel

and login. I do not see any databases there? Is there samething wrong?

Best regards!

To access databases you have to login to cpanel not account panel. Once login to account panel you can see the hosting account details by clicking view details link and there you can see the login to cpanel button and once you log in to cpanel you can manage databases.

I am so sorry, I use IE and it showed mixed-up page without the cPanel button!
I switched to Firefox, it is OK now!
