Mysql - all backends are down !

phpMyAdmin - Error

#1105 - #07000(proxy) all backends are down

I am desperately trying to update my site but without MYSQL it's impossible.

PLEASE can someone take a look at this and fix.

http://i-marketing.exofire.net/ is working fine at the moment. It was a temporary problem which is fixed now.

I have just tried to log-in to php myadmin via cpanel and have the same message.
All backends are down..........................

does not appear to be fixed right now.

I have just re-checked BUT am unable to even get cpanel. It's now just a totally blank page !!

Whats going on ???????
