Mysql and phpmyadmin

I can't access phpmyadmin, although, i can access my databases in my php codes.
Error:
Code: 
[B]phpMyAdmin - Error[/B]

 #2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)
