I'm having difficulties working around this, while attempting to change fields manually in the databases through myphpadmin, I keep getting errors.

Is there any way to set mySQL database with this encoding or to accept both as I want to offer a translation for the site into Cyrillic:

Macedonian (mk) iso-8859-5, windows-1251

Got it sorted.

Changed SQL to utf-8 with utf8_unicode_ci collation and made my php_sql_connect to store data as utf8 on every connection along with changing php and html to display full utf encoding.
