MySQL Chat - suspension

Was suspended for having MySQL chat... simply put, i forgot it was in the tos that I couldn't have it. So, if there is a way to keep it, ie. lowering the refresh rate or something, I will, seeing as the site has only 3 or 4 actual visitors. Otherwise, I will remove it from my online files if I am unsuspended.

At any refresh rate, it'd still count as a shoutbox script and would therefore still be breaking the clause in the terms of service; there is no middle ground as then that'd require defining a cut off rate at which it would be allowed, which currently is absolutely zero. However, seeing as this is already a ToS violation suspension, your account isn't going to be unsuspended to allow for any editing anyway.
